This is so damn cool, I'm posting my first entry using my brand new Fujitsu Lifebook. Yes, I'm no longer a Mac user. (Not that I'm complaining. Finally can use all programs)
Isn't it pretty?? I have my Mom to thank for it.
Ok, enough bragging. It's Vesak Day, finally a public holiday where I can stay at home and just CHILL. Have some work to clear but that can wait till tomorrow or Sunday. I'm quite irritated that I can't seem to transfer my mails over from the Powerbook to this Lifebook. No emails, HOW TO DO MY WORK? Sigh.
Updates, updates. Clever Jon knocked into the wall while walking in his sleepy state in the middle of the night and got his permanent tooth shaky. That's right, ladies and gentlemen. After a visit to the dentist, I feel slightly better knowing that I don't need to extract it but I cannot eat hard food for a month. He put on this stabiliser which is kinda like cement behind my tooth to keep it firm.
TEC has printed namecards for me, something I thought was pretty cool. Haha, oh MTV Asia Awards was AWESOME. It was really really cool, working with so many stars, getting up close and personal with them, chatting and drinking with them. At the end of the day, Fame really is such a weird thing. For example, when I listen to Daniel Powter's Bad Day now, it doesn't feel the same as it did anymore. I mean, this is the song that I used to listen to daily but there I was, chatting and drinking with the man himself.
Very very weird. The industry is VERY VERY fake. Had more than enough of that. Some stars were disgusting, diva-ish, rude and slutty. Most were really nice like Taufik, Daniel Powter, Lee Ryan, Simon Webbe, Utt, Jolin Tsai, Korn, Vanness Wu, Se7en, Rivermaya and many more lah. Don't wanna blog about the negative ones.
So, I owe you guys a major photo update. Here you go, as promised.
Don't know about you but I find this type of shots VERY annoying.
Jon's Fashion Advice: How to jazz up a plain outfit
1. Steal your sister's beads and pull them off as a funky headband! Ecstatic facial expression is optional.
2. Take one of Mom's glam beaded necklace and contrast it with one of your dull-coloured tees! Funky option!
